For a happy life, one must have balance. Bill tries to balance his life between faith, family and his work. The art and science of hair design is his passion.

Owning two salons and spas for more than 25 years and working as a performing artist for Redken all over the country has given him the opportunity to learn and study with some of the world’s most talented stylists.

Bill strives to balance your hairstyle with your facial and body shape, color and highlights with your skin tones and your hairstyle with the wave patterns of your hair. By learning and listening to one another we can work together and make life easier and your hair look great.

Bill enjoys working with women and men and looks forward to having the opportunity to help make you look and feel better.

Bridget Bennett

Massage Therapist

CMT (certified massage therapist). I graduated from A.K.S. in Nov. of 2000 and specializes in therapeutic, swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, sports, trigger point, lomi-lomi, ear candling, and spa body treatments. She has been with Bellini Salon & Medspa for five years.

Cathy Van Hise

Hair Stylist / Colorist / Makeup Artist

Cathy has been passionate about hair styling since she began in the profession in 1988. She was formally trained in California and returned to Northern Virginia in 1990. She has been providing clients with the latest in hair cutting, chemical processing and make-up techniques ever since.

She prides herself in the ability to listen to her clients needs and wishes and uses her years of experience to provide manageable solutions to their styling needs.

Cathy uses Swartzkopf and Redken color products exclusively. She and her clients have been pleased with the high quality results these professional products provide. She has made every effort to keep abreast of the current techniques in both hair cutting and chemical processing.

In an effort to provide her clients with a wider array of services, she has completed extensive training in professional make-up application and is a certified Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics make-up artist.

Cathy is proud to be a part of the talented and diverse Bellini team.

Christine Innocenti

Hair Stylist / Colorist

Christine is a hair stylist with well rounded abilities. She has been employed with Bellini for 16 years and specializes in coloring and highlighting in addition to precision cutting. Her degree in psychology allows her to communicate well with her clients in order to meet their needs. She is certified in the Brazilian Blowout Treatment.

Cindy Schachte

Hair Stylist / Colorist

Cindy has been a stylist in Vienna for more than 20 years. Her talents include cutting and styling hair for the whole family. She uses Schwartzkopf and Wella products for coloring and highlighting techniques. She is also certified in Keratin treatments such as Brazilian Blowout and Keratin Express.

David McCarthy

Hair Stylist / Colorist

David brings passion and love to the art of hairdressing. With a rich background in design, including a bachelors degree in fine arts, David elevates his craft with continuing advanced education on the West Coast, including Hollywood and Las Vegas. He will pamper your hair in luxurious glamour.

Janice has been the Manager of Bellini Salon for 15 years. As a past hairstylist, she understands the clients need to feel welcomed and satisfied with their stylist’s performances.

Besides the every day running of the salon such as bookings, ordering products and tending to the needs of others, she realizes it is the staff that makes a business successful and she "knows Bellini Salon has the best."

Judi enjoys working with clients to come up with styles that are current and individualized to their needs. She keeps up with the latest techniques as they appear on the fashion scene. Judi’s talents include precision haircuts, a flair for natural looking colors, highlights and Brazilian Blowouts. She studied under the master himself, Paul Mitchell, with part of her education at Graham Webb in London. In addition to staying up to date by regularly attending hair seminars and workshops, Judi has a long list of clients that have followed her for over 30 years. This is a clear indication of her commitment to pleasing her clients by meeting their personal needs as well as her ability to develop strong relationships.

Katherine Gray

Hair Artist / Color Expert / Makeup Artist

Kathy is a hair fanatic and a mixed media artist. She is passionate about her clients and their hair. Artistry is in her blood…it sets her apart, she makes a connection with an individuals vision of what they want and brings it to life using a deep understanding of color and design to produce stunning results on her favorite canvas – Hair.

She loves using Organic Color Solutions or Redken to achieve brilliant multi-tonal looks. She is an exceptional colorist, up-styler, cutter and make-up artist.

Her career has spanned over two decades and is a third generation stylist. She has obtained her education by many of the greatest masters in the industry. Her latest event was participating in a runway show as an artist director instructed by the “iconic” celebrity stylist Oribe.

Lucinda McNary

Hair Stylist / Colorist

Lucinda has been with Bellini since 1995. She has kept up with the styles and trends as the hair business has evolved. She enjoys her work, the staff and especially her clientele at Bellini

Michele Duley

Manager, Medical Esthetics Division

Michele has been the Manager of the Medical Spa since September 2007 and has been on staff at Bellini in other areas since 2003. She tends to all the needs of the Medical Spa from answering telephone calls and booking appointments to acting as a client liason for Dr. Gerrish and his patients. Every aspect of her job is exciting and she looks forward to coming to work and growing the Medical Spa with all of the cutting edge treatments that Dr. Gerrish offers.

Michele has lived in the Northern Virginia area for most of her life and currently lives in Loudoun County with her husband and 2 young children.

Samantha James

Hair Stylist / Colorist

Samantha graduated from the International Graham Webb Academy in 2002. She worked as an assistant at Bellini Salon and Med Spa while in training. Over the next four years she continued her education as a colorist and stylist with Redken. In October of 2006 she returned to her Bellini family where she continues to learn about the newest trends such as the Brazilian Blowout and the product line, Oribe. She loves to work with all hair types and has a fondness for blondes, highlighting, bobs and long hair.

Stella K Szima

Medical Esthetician

Stella comes from Hungary where skincare was and is important in daily life. She has brought that philosophy here to Bellini. She believes a skincare regime should be a part of everyone’s routine. She has revitalized Bellini’s spa menu with a variety of anti-aging facials to compliment our medical services. In addition to facials, Stella performs dermaplaning, waxing and laser hair removal.

Stella enjoys customizing her services to each individual’s needs and wants everyone to leave Bellini feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Pilar DiVittorio

Organic Skincare Specialist

Pilar is Washington D.C.'s top organic skincare specialist and her materials of choice are only the most natural and organic ingredients available. My signature facials have a reputation of being unique and individualized, as I create each one based on the client's specific needs at the time of service. From the mixing of natural oils, to the use of hand prepared algae waters, to her signature hot stone neck massage, Pilar's facials are truly a unique fusion of both hands-on techniques and the purest ingredients. No two facials are alike and no facial is ever replicated. I attribute my unique working style to both my artistic roots and my commitment to unadulterated ingredients. Now as Pilar celebrates over 30,000 facials performed, she truly is a 'skincare artist,' dedicated to the craft of achieving the most successful skincare results naturally.

Pilar's experience is quite vast, having both collaborated and worked alongside plastic surgeons and dermatologists, acupuncturists, herbalists, and massage therapists; as well as, taught aesthetics for five years.

Nail Technician

Rose has been a nail technician for 14 years and has been with Bellini Salon for 11 years. Along with acrylic and silk nails, she gives amazing pedicures that last for weeks. She is talented in nail art as well as having yeas of experience in waxing.
