Arrivals

Please arrive 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled salon or spa appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes if necessary), and a few moments to relax as the Bellini experience awaits you.

Cancellation / Tardiness Policy

Sometimes you have no choice but to cancel or change an appointment. We kindly request 24-hour notice for any cancellation. When scheduling multiple service appointments or any spa package, a confirmation with a major credit card or gift certificate number is required and failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. Failure to provide any notice will result in charging the full service price to your credit card, or full redemption of the gift certificate. Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to the service time.

Cell Phones

To keep the serenity of the salon and spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival while in the spa.

Bellini Gift Certificates

Bellini Gift Certificates make excellent gifts for any occasion. Gift Cards and Certificates are available for any of the services and products offered. You may also purchase dollar denomination gift certificates. Bellini Gift Certificates do not expire. Gift certificates not redeemable for cash or gratuities.

Children

Bellini is a place to escape from everyday responsibilities. So that guests may enjoy their spa treatments, we kindly request that children do not accompany adults for their spa services. We welcome children for their own appointment and request adult supervision at all times.

Spa Amenities

Everything you will need during your spa experience will be provided including spa robes and slippers. If you have a special request upon arrival please inform the spa concierge.

Speak Up

We want you to be very comfortable and relaxed during your visit to Bellini. Please speak up and tell your service provider if you are ever uncomfortable at ANY time. Please direct them on pressure and temperature. Share your personal wellness concerns so they may best design the ideal treatment procedure for you. Share with your stylist any challenges you have with your hairstyle or color. We are here to assist you in looking and feeling your best.
